Description

Claims (26)
- 組織部位を処置するためにシステム内の流体を管理するための装置において、
外面、内面、及び前記内面から延在する複数の特徴を有する高分子フィルムを含む第1の層と、
組織に面する外面及び内面を有する高分子フィルムを含む第2の層において、前記第2の層は前記第1の層に結合され、前記第1の層の前記内面と前記第2の層の前記内面との間の閉囲空間及び前記閉囲空間内の複数の流体チャネルを形成するために前記複数の特徴を覆い、前記第2の層は前記閉囲空間に開く孔を有し、前記閉囲空間を前記組織部位に流体結合するように適合される、第2の層と、
前記孔を通って流体連通する前記閉囲空間内に第1の流体経路及び第2の流体経路を形成するために、前記第1の層の前記内面と前記第2の層の前記内面との間に結合された第1の壁であって、前記第1の流体経路及び前記第2の流体経路の各々は、前記複数の流体チャネルの一部を有している、第1の壁と、
前記第1の流体経路及び前記第2の流体経路に流体結合されたポートと
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記複数の特徴は閉端を有する複数のブリスタであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記複数のブリスタは前記閉囲空間の中に延在することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記ブリスタは、半球、円錐、又は円筒のいずれか1つである容積形状を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記ブリスタは概ね管状である容積形状を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2の層及び前記複数の特徴は、複数の閉鎖細胞を形成することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、前記閉鎖細胞は大気圧より大きい内圧を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2の層は前記閉囲空間の中に延在する複数の特徴を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第1の流体経路に結合され、負圧源に流体結合するように適合された第1のポートを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第2の流体経路に結合され、圧力センサに流体結合するように適合された第2のポートを更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第2の流体経路に結合され、流体源に流体結合するように適合された第2のポートを更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記孔と流体連通した前記閉囲空間内に第3の流体経路を形成するために、前記第1の層の前記内面と前記第2の層の前記内面との間に第2の壁を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第1の流体経路に結合され、負圧源に流体結合するように適合された第1のポートを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第2の流体経路に結合された第2のポート及び前記第3の流体経路に結合された第3のポートを更に含み、前記第2のポート及び前記第3のポートの両方は、圧力センサに流体結合するように適合されることを特徴とする装置。
- 組織部位を処置するためにシステム内の流体を管理するための装置において、
上層の表面から延在する閉端を有する複数の細胞を有する高分子フィルムを含む前記上層と、
前記上層に結合され、前記上層の周囲を中心に密封を形成する前記複数の細胞を覆う高分子フィルムを含む基層において、前記密封は前記上層と前記基層との間に閉囲空間を形成し、前記閉囲空間は、前記複数の細胞によって形成された複数の流体チャネルを有している、基層と、
前記基層内に形成された孔を有する前記閉囲空間の一端におけるアプリケータにおいて、前記孔は、前記組織部位に流体結合するように適合された凹部空間を画定するために前記複数の細胞の一部を露出する、アプリケータと、
前記アプリケータから前記閉囲空間の他端に延在し、前記閉囲空間の別の他端にポートを形成する橋梁と、
前記ポートと前記凹部空間との間で流体連通する前記閉囲空間内に3つの流体経路を形成するために、前記上層と前記基層との間に結合された第1のバリア及び第2のバリアであって、前記3つの流体経路の各々は、前記複数の流体チャネルの一部を有している、第1のバリア及び第2のバリアと
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記3つの流体経路は、前記第1のバリアと前記第2のバリアとの間に形成された第1の流体経路、前記密封と前記第1のバリアとの間に形成された第2の流体経路、及び前記密封と前記第2のバリアとの間に形成された第3の流体経路を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置において、前記基層は、前記第1の流体経路の前記閉囲空間の中に延在する閉端を有する複数の細胞を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記上層から延在する前記複数の細胞は、前記基層から延在する前記複数の細胞に接触するように配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置において、前記上層及び前記基層から延在する前記複数の細胞は、交互に配列された行に配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置において、前記上層及び前記基層から延在する前記複数の細胞は、位置合わせされた行に配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記上層から延在する前記複数の細胞は、前記基層から延在する前記複数の細胞と交互に挟むように配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記基層は、前記第2の流体経路及び前記第3の流体経路の前記閉囲空間の中に延在する複数の細胞を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置において、前記基層は、前記第2の流体経路及び前記第3の流体経路の前記閉囲空間の中に延在する閉端を有する、複数の細胞を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置において、前記アプリケータ内の前記第2の流体経路及び前記第3の流体経路は、前記凹部空間と流体連結する貫通孔内で終了する流体導体を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置において、前記ポートは、前記第1の流体経路に流体結合され、負圧源に流体結合するように適合された第1のポート、及び前記第2の流体経路及び前記第3の流体経路に流体結合された第2のポートを有する第2の凹部空間を含み、前記第1のポート及び前記第2のポートの両方は、圧力センサに流体結合するように適合されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項25に記載の装置において、前記第2の凹部空間を通る前記第1の流体経路、前記第2の流体経路、及び前記第3の流体経路に流体結合された導管を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。
