Abstract
Un catalizador de plata de alta actividad y alta selectividad que comprende plata y opcionalmente, uno o mas promotores soportados en un material de soporte adecuado que tiene la forma de un aglomerado formado. La estructura del aglomerado formado es aquella de un cilindro hueco que tiene un diametro interior (agujero) relativamente pequeno. El catalizador se elabora al proporcionar el material formado de una geometria particular y al incorporar los componentes cataliticos en el mismo. El catalizador es util en la epoxidacion de etileno.
