Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para la produccion de cuerpos huecos soplados hechos de plastico, usando una maquina de moldeo por soplado con la cual un medio refrigerante se puede soplar a traves de una linea en el molde de soplado o el cuerpo hueco, para conformar y enfriar el cuerpo hueco moldeado por soplado. De acuerdo con la invencion, un sistema de linea cerrado se proporciona para mejorar el enfriamiento interno del cuerpo hueco dentro del molde de soplado, en el cual el medio refrigerante que corre en el circuito se mantiene a un nivel de presion elevado y se enfria por medio de un intercambiador de calor. Por consiguiente, se puede lograr un rendimiento de produccion incrementado para la maquina de moldeo por soplado con bajos costos de produccion. El sistema de circulacion de medio refrigerante cerrado puede en principio ser retro- ajustado a todas las unidades de moldeo por soplado existentes para incrementar la capacidad.
