Claims (25)
- 플라스틱으로 이루어진 블로우 중공체를 제조하는 블로우몰딩기(10)에 있어서,변형가능한 플라스틱으로 만들어진 튜브형상의 사전성형물(preform)이, 블로우몰드(12)의 개방 이분체들 사이에서 압출된 후, 완성된 중공체를 형성하도록 폐쇄된 블로우몰드 내에서 팽창되고, 상기 중공체의 팽창을 위하여, 블로우 공기는 도관(14) 또는 블로우 맨드릴(16)을 통해 상기 중공체내로 취입될 수 있으며, 상기 블로우몰드(12)는 폐쇄된 도관시스템(14) 내에 통합되어 있으며,상기 도관시스템(14)은, 상승된 압력 레벨에서 성형(shaping)이 완료된 후에 상기 중공체의 내부 냉각을 위하여 냉각매질로서 활용되는 상기 블로우 공기의 연속적인 순환을 위하여 환상의 라인(annular line)으로 설계되며, 컴프레서(26)가 제공되며, 사전 설정된 유동 방향이 각각의 공정 상태에서 항상 동일함을 확보하기 위하여 상기 도관시스템(14)에 1이상의 비-리턴밸브(non-return valve; 22,32,46)가 설치되며, 상기 폐쇄된 순환 도관시스템(14)은 입구측에는 상기 블로우몰드(12)내로 블로우 공기를 취입하기 위한 유입 라인이, 출구측에는 상기 블로우몰드(12)으로부터 상기 블로우 공기가 방출되도록 하기 위한 유출 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우몰딩기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 순환하는 블로우 공기를 세정하기 위하여 상기 도관시스템(14)내에 1이상의 필터(28,42)가 제공되고, 특정 온도에서의 상기 블로우 공기를 안내하기 위하여 상기 도관시스템(14)내에 1이상의 쿨러(30,44)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우몰딩기.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 도관시스템(14)에는, 상기 블로우몰드(12)의 압력을 해제시키거나 상기 블로우몰드(12)로부터 제품을 제거하기 위하여, 블로우 맨드릴(16) 입구측 상류 및 블로우 맨드릴(18)로의 출구측 하류, 또는 유입 라인의 상류 및 유출 라인의 하류에 각각의 차단밸브(36,38)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우몰딩기.

- 블로우몰딩기상에서 플라스틱의 블로우중공체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,변형가능한 플라스틱으로 만들어진 튜브형상의 사전성형물이, 블로우몰드의 개방 이분체들 사이에서 압출된 후, 완성된 중공체를 형성하기 위하여 폐쇄된 블로우몰드내에서 연속하여 팽창되고, 상기 중공체를 팽창시키고 냉각시키기 위하여 블로우 공기가 도관 시스템 또는 블로우 맨드릴을 통해 상기 중공체내로 취입되며,상기 중공체가 팽창된 후 상기 중공체의 내부 냉각을 위해 냉각 매질인 상기 블로우 공기의 연속적인 순환을 위하여, 환상 라인으로 설계된 상기 도관 시스템(14)내의 블로우 공기는 컴프레서에 의하여 상승된 압력 레벨로, 그리고 각각의 공정 상태에서 미리설정된 유동방향이 항상 동일하게 확보되면서 일정하게 연속적으로 순환되고, 폐쇄된 환상 라인 시스템내의 상기 냉각 매질은, 입구측에서는 유입 라인을 거쳐 상기 블로우몰드내로 취입되고, 출구측에서는 상기 블로우몰드로부터의 유출 라인을 거쳐 방출되도록 안내되며, 상기 폐쇄된 환상 라인 시스템의 상승된 압력 레벨은 일정하게 유지되고 입구측 및 출구측에서 단지 상기 블로우몰드의 압력 해제 또는 제품 제거만을 위하여 짧게 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 블로우 공기는 상기 플라스틱 중공체의 크기에 따라 8bar 내지 20bar 의 압력 레벨로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
