Abstract

Un aparato para el manejo de parisons moldeados para extraer parisons huecos de plástico utilizados en la manufactura de botellas de plástico orientadas de una máquina de moldeo por inyeccion que incluye una base que tiene un brazo acoplado a la máquina de moldeo por inyeccion. Un carruaje montado sobre el brazo se mueve en una primera dimension dentro y fuera del espacio entre los elementos del moldeo de la máquina de moldeo. Una unidad de armazon refrigerante acoplada al carruaje en contacto con la porcion del cuerpo de un conjunto de parisons a medida que se liberan de la máquina de moldeo. Un primer motor mueve el aparato refrigerante a cualquiera de las posiciones preseleccionadas a lo largo de la primera dimension ubicadas afuera de la máquina de moldeo. Un ensamble de transferencia incluye tres conjuntos de sujetadores montados sobre un caballete que tenga movimiento con respecto a la base. Un conjunto de sujetadores sostiene la porcion final de los parisons desde el aparato refrigerante. Un segundo y tercer motor transporta entonces el ensamble de transferencia a una de las dos posiciones remotas en donde un refrigerador estacionario recibe la porcion del cuerpo de los parisons para una refrigeracion adicional. El ensamble de transferencia retira entonces un conjunto completamente frío de parisons de uno de los refrigeradores estacionarios, deposita los parisons completamente fríos sobre una banda transportadora y regresa a tomar otro conjunto de parisons recién liberados de la unidad de armazon refrigerante.
