Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de construccion de una via ferrea en la cual se fabrica una losa de hormigon de la via (1) y se insertan en la losa de la via (1) elementos de anclaje (3) de la via ferrea por medio de un dispositivo de insercion movil (20) a lo largo del recorrido de la via ferrea, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: a) fabricacion de dos muretes (2) de hormigon que delimitan lateralmente los bordes de la losa de la via (1) que se va a colar, estos dos muretes son fabricados por medio de una maquina de colada continua del hormigon; b) colada de la losa de hormigon de la via (1) entre los muretes (2); c) insercion de los elementos de anclaje (3) en la losa de la via (1) recien colada por medio del dispositivo de insercion (20), la regulacion precisa del dispositivo de insercion de los elementos de anclaje es realizada por una estacion de medicion, los puntos del levantamiento topografico, un dispositivo de medicion y los reflectores llevados por el dispositivo de insercion.
