Abstract

"PROCESSO DE CONSTRUçãO DE UMA VIA FéRREA NO QUAL SE CONSTRóI UMA LAJE DE VIA EM CONCRETO E SE INSERE NESSA LAJE DE VIA ELEMENTOS DE FIXAçãO DA VIA FéRREA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de construção de uma via férrea no qual se constrói uma laje de via (1) em concreto e se inserem nessa laje de via (1) elementos de fixação (3) da via férrea por meio de um dispositivo de inserção (20) móvel ao longo do percurso da via férrea, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender as seguintes etapas: a) construção de duas muretas (2) em concreto, delimitando lateralmente as bordas da laje de via (1) a ser fundida, essas duas muretas sendo construídas por meio de uma máquina de fundição em contínuo do concreto; b) fundição da laje de via (1) em concreto entre essas muretas (2); c) inserção dos elementos de fixação (3) na laje de via (1) recentemente fundida por meio do dispositivo de inserção (20), a regulagem precisa do dispositivo de inserção dos elementos de fixação sendo realizada por uma estação de medida, pontos de levantamentos topográficos, um dispositivo de medida e refletores sustentados pelo dispositivo de inserção.
