Abstract
Un material de almacenamiento de hidrogeno de multiples componentes desordenado caracterizado por una capacidad de almacenamiento extraordinariamente alto debido a una alta densidad de sitios de almacenamiento de hidrogeno usables (mayor a 10-23 sitios de defecto/cc) y7o un tamaño de cristalito extremadamente pequeño, como se muestra en la gráfica en la figura. El material de almacenamiento de hidrogeno puede ser empleado para aplicaciones electroquímicas, de celda de combustible y de fase gaseosa. El material puede ser seleccionado de ya sea familias de LaN15 modificado o T1N1 modificadas formuladas para tener un tamaño de cristalito de menos de 200 Angstroms y más preferiblemente menos de 100 Angstroms.
