Abstract
Una celda solar, que tiene electrodos metálicos de auto alineado y regiones subyacentes relativamente profundas unidas por medio de regiones emisoras relativamente poco profundas bajo la superficie no cubierta por los electrodos, es formada en un substrato semiconductor formando regiones de difusion P+ y n+ relativamente profundas en las superficies frontal y trasera, respectivamente, de un substrato semiconductor de silicio, imprimiendo con pantalla el aluminio dentro de l superficie frontal del substrato en un patron deseado de electron, tratando con calor la celda en desarrollo para formar las regiones emisoras de tipo p+ relativamente profundas por debajo del patron de electrodo, mientras crece una capa de pasividad de oxido sobre las partes no cubiertas de la superficie del substrato, aplicando un recubrimiento antireflejante para la superficie frontal en las regiones no cubiertas por los electrodos, e imprimiendo con pantalla la plata sobre los electrodos en la superficie frontal y sobre la superficie trasera de la celda solar.
