Abstract

Esta invencion provee un oligomero o polímero heterotelequélico que está representado por la siguiente formula: A--(-CH2CH2O)n-1 (-C- L O-)m X-Z en donde A denota un residuo de azucar, L denota un grupo de union representado por la siguiente formula: --CH-O-C-CH o (-CH2-)--4 en donde R1 y R2 independientemente denotan alquilo inferior, arilo o alquilarilo, X denota un solo enlace o -CH2CH2-, Z denota un grupo que forma un éster o éter insaturado, o un grupo funcional tal como halogeno que se une a -CH2CH2-, n denota un entero de 5-10,000, y m denota un entero de 0 o 2 - 10,000; esta invencion también provee un procedimiento para producir el oligomero o polímero anterior, y además de una micela de peso molecular alto con el uso un polímero de bloque de oxido de polietileno/poliéster que tiene un residuo de azucar en su extremo terminal; se espera que dicho oligomero i polímero exhiba excelente biodisponibilidad, y también se espera que se utilice en el campo como vehículo para surtido de fármaco o reactivos de diagnostico.
