Abstract

Comprimidos efervescentes farmacéuticos con al menos un principio activo hidrofobo, como por ejemplo la loratadina o la cisaprida, y un tensoactivo, contienen convenientemente al menos dos tensoactivos o emulsionantes diferentes, especialmente del grupo de los ésteres sacáricos, de los polisorbartos y de los fosfolípidos. Al menos uno de los emulsionantes puede estar presente en la mezcla, separadamente del sistema efervescente y/o del granulado de principio activo, en un propio granulado. Asimismo el principio activo está depositado, preferentemente en un propio granulado de principio activo -por ejemplo con ayuda de un aglutinante como por ejemplo la polivinilpirrolidona- sobre la superficie de una sustancia en suspension o de un antiadhesivo, como por ejemplo el Aerosil o el Avicel, pudiendo contener adicionalmente al menos uno de los componentes efervescentes y/o una sustancia de carga, que comprende preferentemente uno de los siguientes compuestos: alcoholes elevados, por ejemplo la manita, la sorbita o la lactosa; hidrocoloides, como por ejemplo la maltodextrina o la dextrina; almidon.
