Abstract
Un proceso para producir un material revestido, que destaca en productividad, facilita el control de la condición superficial y la planeidad del miembro de material lateral, y que suprime la falla de enlace; y equipo para el mismo. Se proporciona un proceso para producir un material revestido compuesto de un material de núcleo y, superpuesto en una superficie o ambas superficies del mismo, uno o dos o más materiales laterales, que comprenden la etapa de preparación de material revestido para preparar un lingote de material de núcleo a través de la fusión y fundición de un metal para el material de núcleo en la etapa de preparación de material de núcleo y preparar un lingote de material lateral a través de la fusión y fundición de un metal para el material lateral con una formulación de componente diferente de aquella del metal para el material de núcleo en la etapa de preparación de material lateral; la etapa de laminación para laminar una superficie o ambas superficies del lingote de material de núcleo en la posición dada con el lingote de material lateral como un material lateral para obtener por consiguiente un laminado; y la etapa de laminación en caliente de revestimiento para llevar a cabo la laminación en caliente del laminado para obtener por consiguiente un material revestido.
