Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et beleggmateriale og utstyret for fremstilling av beleggmaterialet, hvori produktiviteten er svært god, overfiatetilstanden og flatheten til det belagte materialet kan lett kontrolleres og reduksjonen i adhesjon finner sjeldent sted i beleggsmaterialet. Fremgangsmåten for fremstilling av beleggsmaterialet bestående av et kjernemateriale og ett eller flere dekkmaterialer som er lagt over enten en eller begge sidene til kjernematerialet inkluderer: en beleggmaterialefremstillingsprosess hvor en ingot for kjernematerialet, som fremstilles ved å løse opp og støpe et metall for kjernematerialet i en kjerne-materialefremstillingsprosess, og en ingot for dekkmaterialet, som fremstilles ved å løse opp og støpe et metall for dekkmaterialet forksjellig fra kjernematerialet i deres komponentsammensetning, i en dekkmateiralefremstillingsprosess, fremstilles, respektivt; en overlegningsprosess hvor ingoten for dekkmaterialet legges over som et dekkmateriale ved en forhåndsbestemt posisjon på enten en eller begge sidene til ingoten for kjernematerialet for fremstilling av et overlagt materiale; og en beleggs-varmvalseprosess hvor det overlagte materialet blir varmvalset for fremstilling av et beleggsmateriale.
