Abstract

박슬라브 열연코일의 표면품질 예측방법 및 이를 이용한 박슬라브 열연코일의 제조방법에 관한 것이다, 본 발명은 용강의 Cu당량(Cu eq.)을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 용강의 Cu당량을 식: 120×(Cu당량)2-6×(Cu당량)에 적용하여 비늘흠 지수를 산출하며, 상기 비늘흠 지수로 박슬라브 열연코일의 표면 결함 발생을 예측한다. 본 발명에 의하면 용강의 Cu당량을 산출하여 박슬라브 열연코일의 비늘흠 결함을 예측할 수 있으므로 수요자의 요구 품질 수준에 맞는 박슬라브를 제공할 수 있어 생산성 및 제품신뢰도가 향상되는 이점이 있다.
