Abstract
Dispositivos para la producción de cárteres de cilindro (22) usando los procedimiento de fundición a baja presión o de fundición por gravedad que comprenden un molde de fundición exterior (10) que tiene partes del molde (12, 14, 16, 18) que en el estado montado forman una cavidad de molde (20) que, por motivos de fundición, muestra un contorno exterior del cárter de cilindro (22), un horno de dosificación (28) que contiene metal líquido, y al menos una puerta (30) que está dispuesta geodésicamente por debajo de la cavidad del molde (20) y a través de la cual el horno de dosificación (28) se puede conectar de manera fluida a la cavidad del molde (20). Sin embargo, los cárteres de cilindro producidos mediante los dispositivos conocidos a menudo no tienen suficiente resistencia en la región de los salientes o la culata. Por lo tanto, se propone que cada puerta (30) esté conectada a un manguito de mazarota (34) que se proyecta en una región de la cavidad de molde (20) que forma una cámara de cilindro (24) del cárter de cilindro (22). Esto mejora el llenado y permite la reposición de las secciones de gran masa del bloque motor.
