Abstract

La presente invención describe un procedimiento para formar una película de revestimiento estratificada múltiple en un método de tres revestimientos en húmedo, en donde la película de revestimiento estratificada múltiple tiene excelente resistencia al desbastado mientras que mantiene lisura entre las películas de revestimiento; la presente invención provee un procedimiento para formar una película de revestimiento estratificada múltiple, que comprende los pasos de formar una primera película de revestimiento base no curada; una segunda película de revestimiento base no curada y una película de revestimiento clara no curada en orden sobre el cuerpo de un automóvil que tiene una película de revestimiento por electrodeposición sobre la superficie del mismo, y entonces calentar y curar simultáneamente las películas de revestimiento no curadas para formar una película de revestimiento estratificada múltiple, en donde la película de revestimiento estratificada múltiple que comprende la primera película de revestimiento base que tiene el espesor de la película de revestimiento en seco de 25 µm, la segunda película de revestimiento base que tiene el espesor de la película de revestimiento en seco de 10 µm y la película de revestimiento clara que tiene el espesor de la película de revestimiento en seco de 30 µm, tiene una elongación a 20°C de 40 a 60%, una resistencia a la tensión a 20°C de 400 a 600 kgf/m2, y una relación de término viscoso a término elástico (tan d) a - 20°C de 0.04 a 0.06.
