Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir un sistema de pintura multicapa sobre un sustrato metálico al producir una capa base o una pluralidad de capas base secuenciales directamente sobre un substrato metálico recubierto con un sistema de electrocapa curada, lo cual produce una capa transparente directamente sobre una o la capa superior de la pluralidad de capas base, y posteriormente cura conjuntamente una o la pluralidad de capas base y la capa transparente, en donde al menos un material de capa base utilizado para producir las capas base comprende al menos una dispersión acuosa (wD) que comprende un polímero cuya preparación comprende polimerización en emulsión radical sucesiva de tres mezclas (A), (B) y (C) de monómeros olefínicamente insaturados.
