Abstract

La presente invención hace referencia a un método para la producción de un sistema de pintura multicapa en un sustrato plástico, en donde una película base o una pluralidad de películas base directamente consecutivas que se producen en un sustrato plástico, una película protectora se produce directamente en la película base o en la parte superior de la pluralidad de películas base, y luego se aplica curado conjunto sobre una o más de las películas base y la película protectora, donde al menos un material base utilizado para la producción de películas base comprende al menos una dispersión acuosa de poliuretano-poliurea (PD) que comprende partículas de poliuretano-poliurea, donde las partículas de poliuretano-poliurea presentes en la dispersión (PD) comprenden grupos aniónicos y/o grupos que pueden convertirse en grupos aniónicos, y tienen un tamaño promedio de partícula de 40 a 2000 nm y también una fracción en gel de al menos el 50%.
