Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de um revestimento em multicamadas sobre um substrato plástico, em que uma camada de revestimento base ou uma pluralidade de camadas de revestimento base diretamente consecutivas é produzida sobre um substrato plástico, uma camada de revestimento translúcido é produzida diretamente sobre uma das camadas de revestimento base, ou sobre uma camada mais superior da pluralidade de camadas de revestimento base, e subsequentemente, a camada de revestimento base ou a pluralidade de camadas de revestimento base e a camada de revestimento transparente são endurecidas em conjunto. o método é caracterizado por pelo menos um material de revestimento base usado para produzir as camadas de revestimento base compreende pelo menos uma dispersão de poliuretano-poliureia aquosa (pd) contendo partículas de poliuretano-poliureia, em que as partículas de poliuretano-poliureia contidas na dispersão (pd) contém grupos aniônicos e/ou grupos que podem ser convertidos em grupos aniônicos, e têm um tamanho médio de partícula de 40 a 2000 nm e um teor em gel de pelo menos 50%.
