Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um método para produzir um revestimento de camada múltipla sobre um substrato metálico, em que uma camada de revestimento de base ou uma pluralidade de camadas de revestimento de base diretamente consecutivas é produzida diretamente sobre um substrato metálico revestido com um revestimento de imersão eletroforética endurecido, uma camada de revestimento claro sendo produzida diretamente sobre a uma ou na superior da pluralidade de camadas de revestimento de base, e a uma ou a pluralidade de camadas de revestimento de base e a camada de revestimento claro subsequentemente sendo endurecidas juntas. o método é distinguido pelo fato de que pelo menos um revestimento de base utilizado na produção das camadas de revestimento de base contém pelo menos uma dispersão aquosa (wd) que contém um polímero a produção da qual envolve a polimerização em emulsão de radical sucessiva de três misturas (a), (b) e (c) de monômeros olefinicamente insaturados.
