Abstract

método para fabricação de uma película, em que a referida película tem um peso base inferior a 50 g/m² e em que a densidade da película é superior a 750 kg/m³ compreendendo as etapas de: provisão de uma suspensão compreendendo celulose microfibrilada (mfc); formação de uma trama a partir da referida suspensão sobre um fio poroso, celulose microfibrilada (mfc); colagem superficial da referida trama, em que a trama, substrato; no início da etapa de colagem superficial, tem um teor de umidade na faixa de 10 a 50% em peso; secagem da referida trama de colagem superficial até um teor de umidade final entre 0,1-20% em peso para formar a referida película.
