Abstract

um método para a produção de uma película a partir de uma manta fibrosa, em que o método compreende as etapas de: proporcionar uma suspensão fibrosa compreendendo uma celulose microfibrilada, em que o teor da celulose microfibrilada da dita suspensão está na faixa de 60 a 99,9 % em peso com base no teor total de sólido seco, adicionar um polímero anfotérico à dita suspensão para proporcionar uma mistura da dita celulose microfibrilada e do dito polímero anfotérico, proporcionar a dita mistura a um substrato para formar uma manta fibrosa, em que a quantidade de polímero anfotérico na dita mistura está na faixa de 0,1 a 20 kg/tonelada métrica com base no teor total de sólido seco; e desidratar a dita manta fibrosa para formar uma película tendo um peso base inferior a 40 g/m2 e uma densidade na faixa de 700 a 1000 kg/m3.
