Abstract
Se provee un método para producir una película de pintura de capas mú1tipls con el sistema 3C1B con el cual se pueden obtener películas de pintura de capas múltiples que tienen excelente apariencia de película de pintura y capacidad de operación de revestimiento (propiedades de resistencia a la formación de depresiones, resistencia a la formación de burbujas) [Medios de Resolución] La invención se refiere a un método para formar películas de pintura de capas múltiples que incluye un proceso en el cual una primera pintura de base acuosa (A) es aplicada sobre un objeto que ha de ser pintado y una primera pintura de base se forma, un proceso en el cual una segunda pintura de base acuosa (B) es aplicada sobre la primera película de pintura de base no curada antes mencionada y una segunda película de pintura de base se forma, un proceso en el cual una pintura transparente (C) es aplicada sobre la segunda película de pintura de base no curada antes mencionada y una película de pintura transparente se forma y un proceso en el cual la primera película de pintura de base antes mencionada, la segunda película de pintura de base antes mencionada y la película de pintura transparente antes mencionada son calentadas y curadas al mismo tiempo y en el cual la primera película de pintura acuosa antes mencionada (A) incluye como la resina de base una resina acrílica soluble en agua o dispersable en agua (A1) de peso molecular promedio en peso de 10,000 a 100,000 y uno o más tipos de resina soluble en agua o dispersable en agua (A2), seleccionados de entre las resinas de poliéster, resinas de poliuretano y resinas acrílicas-uretano, que tiene un peso molecular promedio en peso de 10,000 a 100,000.
