Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la detección de una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos objetivo mediante un ensayo de PCE-SH (Escisión de PTO e Hibridación de Oligonucleótidos de Señalización Dependiente de la Extensión). La presente invención no utiliza sondas que se hibridan con secuencias de ácidos nucleicos objetivo para proporcionar señales objetivo. De manera interesante, la presente invención utiliza sondas (oligonucleótidos de señalización) que se hibridan con la cadena extendida formada de una manera dependiente del objetivo en la que la cadena extendida se sintetiza utilizando el CTO seleccionado artificialmente como plantillas.
