Abstract

Está descrito un método para vulcanizar una llanta verde teniendo una estructura toroidal, el método comprende: introducir una llanta verde adentro de un molde de vulcanización; parcialmente vulcanizar la llanta verde como para producir una llanta casi vulcanizada; remover la llanta casi vulcanizada desde dicho molde de vulcanización; completar la vulcanización de la llanta casi vulcanizada afuera de dicho molde de vulcanización; completar la vulcanización de la llanta casi vulcanizada afuera de dicho molde de vulcanización. Además, la acción de completar la vulcanización comprende: llevar por lo menos una parte de dicha llanta casi vulcanizada a una temperatura teniendo un valor de entre alrededor de 75% y alrededor de 120% de la temperatura de dicha por lo menos una parte de dicha llanta casi vulcanizada en el momento de su remoción desde el molde de vulcanización, dentro de un período de tiempo de entre alrededor de 2 minutos y alrededor de 7 minutos desde el tiempo en el cual dicha llanta casi vulcanizada fue removida de dicho molde. La invención también se refiere a un aparato para completar la vulcanización de dicha llanta casi vulcanizada y a una planta de vulcanización.
