Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para transformar una superficie oftálmica progresiva inicial que ha de ser fabricada por un método de fabricación, comprendiendo el método de transformación; una operación de selección de un método de fabricación destinado a ser puesto en práctica, en el que dicho método de fabricación introduce un defecto de superficie reproducible; una operación de selección de un modelo predictivo de dicho defecto de superficie reproducible; una operación de selección de una superficie oftálmica progresiva S inicial destinada a ser fabricada; una operación de determinación (S1), durante la cual se ha determinado, por medio de dicho modelo predictivo, un valor D de defecto de superficie que sería introducido si la superficie oftálmica progresiva inicial S fuera producida mediante dicho método de fabricación; una operación de transformación (S2) durante la cual dicha superficie oftálmica progresiva inicial S es transformada en una superficie oftálmica progresiva transformada S* compensando el valor de defecto D determinado durante la operación (S1), de tal manera que la fabricación subsiguiente de la superficie oftálmica transformada S* mediante dicho método de fabricación hace posible obtener una superficie oftálmica progresiva que se adapta sustancialmente a la superficie oftálmica progresiva inicial S.
