Abstract
La presente invención describe un dispositivo para procesar continuamente un miembro de vidrio al vacío; el dispositivo comprende una mesa de carga, unas cámaras de vacío auxiliares frontales, una cámara de vacío principal, unas cámaras de vacío auxiliares posteriores y una mesa de descarga de manera secuencial a lo largo de la dirección de avance del vidrio; el dispositivo además comprende un mecanismo de transporte de placas de vidrio y un sistema de control eléctrico; el mecanismo de transporte de placas de vidrio se utiliza para transportar las placas de vidrio en el dispositivo de procesamiento; las cámaras de vacío son independientes entre sí y están provistas con un sistema de obtención de vacío y un dispositivo de detección de vacío, respectivamente, los niveles de vacío de las cámaras de vacío auxiliares frontales y las cámaras de vacío auxiliares posteriores son iguales o menores que el nivel de vacío de la cámara de vacío principal, y las dos cámaras de vacío auxiliares proveen un espacio de vacío de transición en los extremos frontal y posterior de la cámara de vacío principal, respectivamente; un dispositivo de combinación de placas y un dispositivo de sellado se disponen en la cámara de vacío principal, los dos dispositivos pueden realizar las operaciones de combinación de placas y sellado sobre las placas de vidrio en la cámara de vacío principal; y el sistema de control eléctrico se utiliza para llevar a cabo el control del sistema para un proceso de sellado al vacío y un flujo de operación de equipo.
