resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo para processar continuamente um elemento de vidro feito a vácuo". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para continuamente processar elemento de vidro feito a vácuo. o dispositivo compreende uma mesa de carregamento, câmaras auxiliares de vácuo de extremidade frontal, uma câmara de vácuo principal, uma câmara auxiliar de vácuo de extremidade traseira e uma mesa de descarga sequencialmente ao longo da direção de avanço do vidro; o dispositivo também compreende um mecanismo de transporte da placa de vidro e um sistema de controle elétrico; o mecanismo de transporte da placa de vidro é usado para o transporte de placas de vidro no dispositivo de processamento; as câmaras de vácuo são independentes umas das outras e estão equipadas com um sistema de obtenção de vácuo e um dispositivo de deteção de vácuo respectivamente, os níveis de vácuo das câmaras auxiliares de vácuo de extremidade frontal e das câmaras auxiliares de vácuo de extremidade traseira são iguais ou menores do que o nível de vácuo da câmara de vácuo principal, e as duas câmaras auxiliares de vácuo fornecem respectivamente um espaço de vácuo de transição nas extremidades frontal e traseira da câmara de vácuo principal; um dispositivo de combinação de placas e um dispositivo de vedação estão dispostos na câmara de vácuo principal, os dois dispositivos podem efetuar operações de combinação e de vedação de placas nas placas de vidro na câmara de vácuo principal; e o sistema de controle elétrico é usado para efetuar o controle do sistema para um processo de vedação a vácuo e um fluxo operacional de equipamento.
