Abstract

Un adhesivo termocontraíble que está compuesto de un polímero de polietileno catalizado con metaloceno, un copolimero de bloque estirénico hidrogenado, una resina taquificante, y un plastificante sólido. El polímero de polietileno preferido es un copolímero de etileno-octeno, y el copolímero de bloque estirénico preferido es un estireno-etileno-butileno-estireno que tenga mas de 30% de contenido de estireno. El plastificante sólido preferido es ya sea tribenzoato de glicerol o dibenzoato de 1, 4-ciclohexano dimetanol.
