Description
実施例
背景:一定の伸長(250%または300%伸張)における弾性体を、接着剤を用いて2種(2)の基材(一次および二次基材)間に挟持して、積層体を形成する。
目的:この試験は、一次および二次基材からの弾性体の移動すなわち「クリープ」を測定することである。
手順:
A.ホチキスを用いて、積層体の一方の端部を波形の基板に固定する。積層体を、積層を確実に過剰伸張しないようにしながら、完全伸長まで伸張する。次いで、積層体の他方の端部を固定する。
B.ルーラを用いて、弾性体を横切っておよそ300mmの長さでマークする。
C.全てのサンプルを固定してマークしたら、弾性体のストランドのそれぞれを横切ってカミソリで切断する。
D.試験サンプルを通常38℃に設定されたオーブン内に置き、試験する。サンプルを4時間後にチェックするべきである。各弾性ストランドの端部をマークし、クリープ保持(%)またはクリープ(%)を測定する。
E.積層体サンプルを高温(>38℃)で1週間(またはこれより長く)熟成して、クリープ保持(%)を経時的に測定する。積層体を試験前に室温で一晩中調整する。
数値計算例:
初期の積層体=300mm
4時間後の積層体=250mm

貯蔵モジュラス(G’)、TgおよびTxoverを、TA Instruments Aresレオメータを用いて測定した。用いた平行なプレートは、25ミリメートルの直径および1.6ミリメートルのギャップを有した。機器を10rads/secの周波数に設定し、温度掃引を140℃から−40℃まで実施した。

- 以下の構成要素:
10重量%〜30重量%の範囲内のオレフィンブロックコポリマーと;
10重量%〜70重量%の範囲内の、少なくとも95℃の軟化点を有する第1粘着付与樹脂と;
0重量%〜65重量%の範囲内の、第1粘着付与樹脂と異なる第2粘着付与樹脂と;
0重量%〜60重量%の範囲内の可塑剤と;
0重量%〜20重量%の範囲内の、115℃以上の軟化点を有する芳香族強化樹脂と;
2重量%〜35重量%の範囲内の、比較的低い結晶化度を有する二次ポリマーと、前記低い結晶化度とは、250ジュール/グラム以下であり、前記二次ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン系コポリマー、プロピレン系コポリマー、前記エチレン系コポリマーのブレンド、前記プロピレン系コポリマーのブレンドおよび前記プロピレン系コポリマーの1つ以上と前記エチレン系コポリマーの1つ以上のブレンドから成る群から選択されるポリオレフィンであり、前記二次ポリマーは、前記オレフィンブロックコポリマー、第1粘着付与樹脂、第2粘着付与樹脂、および前記強化樹脂とは異なることを特徴とする;
1重量%〜5重量%の範囲内の安定剤;

- 前記可塑剤が、2重量%〜30重量%の範囲内の量にて存在し、および/または鉱油および液体ポリブテンからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
