Description
実施例
背景:一定の伸長(250%または300%伸張)における弾性体を、接着剤を用いて2種(2)の基材(一次および二次基材)間に挟持して、積層体を形成する。
目的:この試験は、一次および二次基材からの弾性体の移動すなわち「クリープ」を測定することである。
手順:
A.ホチキスを用いて、積層体の一方の端部を波形の基板に固定する。積層体を、積層を確実に過剰伸張しないようにしながら、完全伸長まで伸張する。次いで、積層体の他方の端部を固定する。
B.ルーラを用いて、弾性体を横切っておよそ300mmの長さでマークする。
C.全てのサンプルを固定してマークしたら、弾性体のストランドのそれぞれを横切ってカミソリで切断する。
D.試験サンプルを通常38℃に設定されたオーブン内に置き、試験する。サンプルを4時間後にチェックするべきである。各弾性ストランドの端部をマークし、クリープ保持(%)またはクリープ(%)を測定する。
E.積層体サンプルを高温(>38℃)で1週間(またはこれより長く)熟成して、クリープ保持(%)を経時的に測定する。積層体を試験前に室温で一晩中調整する。
数値計算例:
初期の積層体=300mm
4時間後の積層体=250mm
クリープ保持(%)=x時間後の積層の長さ×100%
初期の積層の長さ
クリープ保持(%)=250mm×100%
300mm
クリープ保持(%)=83.0%
貯蔵モジュラス(G’)、TgおよびTxoverを、TA Instruments Aresレオメータを用いて測定した。用いた平行なプレートは、25ミリメートルの直径および1.6ミリメートルのギャップを有した。機器を10rads/secの周波数に設定し、温度掃引を140℃から−40℃まで実施した。

Claims (14)
- 以下の構成要素:
10重量%〜30重量%の範囲内のオレフィンブロックコポリマーと;
10重量%〜70重量%の範囲内の、少なくとも95℃の軟化点を有する第1粘着付与樹脂と;
0重量%〜65重量%の範囲内の、第1粘着付与樹脂と異なる第2粘着付与樹脂と;
0重量%〜60重量%の範囲内の可塑剤と;
0重量%〜20重量%の範囲内の、115℃以上の軟化点を有する芳香族強化樹脂と;
2重量%〜35重量%の範囲内の、比較的低い結晶化度を有する二次ポリマーと、前記低い結晶化度とは、250ジュール/グラム以下であり、前記二次ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン系コポリマー、プロピレン系コポリマー、前記エチレン系コポリマーのブレンド、前記プロピレン系コポリマーのブレンドおよび前記プロピレン系コポリマーの1つ以上と前記エチレン系コポリマーの1つ以上のブレンドから成る群から選択されるポリオレフィンであり、前記二次ポリマーは、前記オレフィンブロックコポリマー、第1粘着付与樹脂、第2粘着付与樹脂、および前記強化樹脂とは異なることを特徴とする;
1重量%〜5重量%の範囲内の安定剤;
のブレンドを含むホットメルト接着剤の組成物であって、さらに
前記構成要素は合計で組成物の100重量%となり、組成物の粘度は、163℃で20,000mPa.s以下であることを特徴とする、組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物であって、前記組成物は1重量%〜25重量%の範囲で補助ポリマーをさらに含有し、前記補助ポリマーは、スチレン−ブタジエン(SB)、スチレン−イソプレン(SI)、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン(SEB)、スチレン−エチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−シトレン(SEEPS)、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SIBS)、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレンプロピレン(SEP)、スチレン−エチレンプロピレン−スチレン(SEPS)、スチレン−ブタジエン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBBS)およびそれらのブレンドからなる群から選択され、前記補助ポリマーは、前記オレフィンブロックコポリマー、前記第1粘着付与樹脂、前記第2粘着付与樹脂、前記強化樹脂および前記二次ポリマーとは異なることを特徴とする、組成物。
- 前記可塑剤が、2重量%〜30重量%の範囲内の量にて存在し、および/または鉱油および液体ポリブテンからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1粘着付与樹脂が、
95℃〜140℃の範囲内の軟化点を有し、および/または
40重量%〜65重量%の範囲内の量にて存在し、および/または
脂肪族炭化水素樹脂およびこれらの水素化誘導体、水素化脂環式炭化水素樹脂、芳香族修飾脂肪族または水素化脂環式炭化水素樹脂、脂肪族修飾芳香族炭化水素樹脂、部分または完全水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、ならびにポリテルペンおよびスチレン化ポリテルペン樹脂からなる群から選択される、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物が、15,000mPa.s以下の粘度を有し、および/または、
少なくとも60%の初期接着保持を有する、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 前記芳香族強化樹脂が、2重量%〜15重量%の範囲内の量にて存在し、および/または
純粋なモノマー重合からの生成物であり、および/または
115℃〜160℃の範囲内の軟化点を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 前記二次ポリマーが、150ジュール/グラム以下の結晶化度を有し、および/または
2重量%〜30重量%の範囲内の量にて存在する、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 石油ワックス、微結晶ワックス、低分子ポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレン、ならびに合成ワックスおよびポリオレフィンワックスからなる群から選択されるワックスをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 積層体であって、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接着剤組成物を有するフィルム材料の第2の層と接着した不織布材料の第1の層を含む積層体。
- 不織布材料の第1層、不織布またはフィルム材料の第2層、ならびに前記第1および第2不織布層間に配置され、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接着剤組成物と一緒に接着された1種以上ののエラストマー基材を含む弾性積層体。
- 前記フィルム材料が、ポリエチレンフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルム、エチレン−プロピレンコポリマーフィルムまたは布様のコートされたフィルム材料を含む、請求項9に記載の積層体、または請求項10に記載の弾性積層体。
- 請求項9もしくは請求項11に記載の積層体、または、
請求項10もしくは請求項11に記載の弾性積層体を作製する方法であって、前記方法が、第1基材を第1方向に供給するステップ;
前記第1基材から離間した第2基材を前記第1方向に供給するステップ;
1つまたは両方の前記基材に対して、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接着剤組成物を適用するステップ;および
前記基材を一緒に圧縮して前記積層体または前記弾性積層体を形成するステップ
を含む、請求項9もしくは請求項11に記載の積層体または請求項10もしくは請求項11に記載の弾性積層体を作製する方法。 - 請求項10または請求項11に記載の弾性積層体を作製する請求項12に記載の方法であって、前記方法が、追加的な
前記第1および第2基材間の1種以上のエラストマー基材を前記第1方向に供給し、前記エラストマー基材が、接着剤適用の前、間または後に伸張され、初期の緩和された状態から最大で500%まで伸長されるステップ;
前記エラストマー基材のいずれかまたは前記基材の一方もしくは両方に請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤組成物を適用するステップ;および
前記基材を一緒に圧縮して前記弾性積層体を形成するステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記接着剤が、繊維、ビーズ、ドット、またはフィルムの形態で連続的または断続的に適用される、請求項12または請求項13に記載の方法。
