Description
本発明は、約130℃未満の温度、好ましくは約120℃未満の温度にて施すことができる低い適用温度のホットメルト接着剤に関する技術を提供する。本発明による接着剤は、190℃にて約5g/10分よりも大きいが約35g/10分よりも小さい範囲の平均メルトインデックスを有するオレフィンコポリマーを含有する。接着剤におけるオレフィンコポリマーは、単一のオレフィンコポリマーまたはオレフィンコポリマーの混合物を含有する。オレフィンコポリマーは、ブロックコポリマーおよび/またはランダムコポリマーである。また、低い適用温度のホットメルト接着剤は、粘着付与剤、希釈剤、およびワックスを含有し得る。

Claims (7)
- (a) 〜(f)を含有する低い適用温度のホットメルト接着剤であって、
(a)少なくとも5wt%のオレフィンブロックコポリマーであって、該オレフィンブロッ
クコポリマーが、190℃にて5g/10分よりも大きく35g/10分よりも小さい範囲
の平均メルトインデックスを有する、該オレフィンブロックコポリマー、
(b)ゼロよりも大きいが50wt%よりも少ない付加的なポリマー、
(c) 40〜70wt%の粘着付与剤、
(d) 1〜30wt%の希釈剤、
(e) 0.5〜5wt%のワックス、および
(f) 5wt%までの酸化防止剤、安定剤および/または顔料から選択される任意成分、
ただし、それらの総和は100wt%に等しく、
該付加的なポリマーは、水素化スチレンブロックコポリマー、非晶質ポリ−α−オレフィンおよび190℃にて35g/10分よりも大きいメルトインデックスを有するオレフィンコポリマーからなる群から選択される、該付加的なポリマー、
該接着剤は120℃にて8500センチポイズ未満の粘度と、25℃にて16〜40psiの範囲の降伏応力(12インチ/分の伸張速度)と、60℃にて0%のキューブフローと、および80℃よりも大きいクロス-オーバー温度(G''=G'の場合)を有する、該低い適用温度のホットメルト接着剤。 - 粘着付与剤がポリテルペン、脂肪族樹脂、脂環式樹脂、脂肪族/芳香族、脂環式/芳香
族、天然および変性ロジンエステル、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1
に記載の低い適用温度のホットメルト接着剤。 - 請求項1に記載の接着剤を用いて製造された物品。
- 請求項3に記載の物品が使い捨ての吸収性製品である、該物品。
- 請求項4に記載の物品が、おしめ、大人用の失禁製品または生理用ナプキンである、該
物品。 - 以下の工程を含む、第1基体と第2基体を接着させる方法:
(a)請求項1に記載の接着剤を、第1基体の少なくとも一部に施し、
(b)該第2基体を、該第1基体上に存在する該接着剤と接触させ、および
(c)該接着剤を凝固させ、それにより、該第1基体を該第2基体へ接着させる。 - 基体の少なくとも1種が、液体-透過性の基体であり、他の基体が液体-不透過性の基体
である、請求項6に記載の方法。
