Abstract

La invención se refiere a procedimiento para conectar un conductor eléctrico (18) con una parte eléctrica de un contacto (16) en donde la parte de contacto (16) presenta ramales deformables (26) Y los ramales (26) mediante el troquel de flexión (12) se deforman de tal forma que comprimen por fricción al conductor (18) con la parte de contacto (16), en donde sobre la parte de contacto (16) se actúa de tal forma que al menos los ramales (16) se unen por cohesión entre sí. La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo con un troquel de flexión (12) para conectar un conductor eléctrico (18) con una parte eléctrica de un contacto (16) en donde la parte de contacto (16) presenta ramales deformables (26) Y los ramales (25) se deforman mediante el troquel de flexión (12) de tal forma que comprimen por fricción al conductor (18) con la parte de contacto (16), en donde el aparato de soldadura láser (20) está conformado para actuar sobre la parte de contacto (16) de tal forma que al menos los ramales (26) se unen entre sí por cohesión.
