Abstract
Se describe una lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente aleada proporcionada Con: una lámina de acero; una capa de galvanización por inmersión en caliente aleada que se forma en al menos una superficie de la lámina de acero y contiene entre 0.05% y 0.5% de aluminio y entre 6% y 12% de hierro, en masa, con el resto que compre zinc e impurezas inevitables; una capa mezclada que se forma en la superficie de la capa de galvanización por inmersión en caliente aleada y contiene un óxido complejo de magnesio/zinc/fosforoso y un compuesto fosforoso soluble en agua. El óxido complejo contiene entre 0.1 mg/m2 y 100 mg/m2 de magnesio entre 1 mg/m2 y 100 mg/m2 de fosforo y zinc. La relación entre la cantidad de fosforo y la cantidad de magnesio en el óxido complejo se encuentra entre 0.3 y 50. El área total de las regiones de la capa mezclada que tiene al menos 20 mg/m2 de fosforo adherido se encuentra entre 20% y 80% del total del área de superficie de la capa mezclada.
