Description
本発明で用いる鋼板は、質量%で、C:0.03%以上0.07%以下、Si:0.10%以下、Mn:0.5%以上0.9%以下、P:0.020%以上0.050%以下、S:0.010%以下、Nb:0.010%以上0.035%以下、N:0.005%以下、Al:0.10%以下を含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物の組成からなる。以下、上記成分組成について説明する。なお、本明細書において、成分組成における「%」表示は、特に断らない限り「質量%」を意味する。
Cの含有量が増えると鋼板の高強度化に寄与できる。この高強度化のためにはCは0.03%以上とする必要がある。一方、多量のCは固溶Cの増大を招き、促進時効後の降伏伸び(YP−EL)が大きくなる。溶接性も大きく低下させることからCの含有量は0.07%以下とする必要がある。
Siは、多量に添加すると、焼鈍時のSi酸化物の生成により、プレス加工後の鋼板のめっき密着性が阻害されてしまう。したがって、Siは0.10%以下とする必要がある。好ましいSiの含有量は0.03%以下である。
Mnは固溶強化により高強度化に寄与するだけでなく、Cの拡散を抑制し、セメンタイトを微細化することで固溶Cを低減し、促進時効後の降伏伸び(YP−EL)が大きくなる。さらには有害な鋼中のSをMnSとして無害化する作用も有する。このような効果を得るためMnの含有量は0.5%以上とする必要がある。一方、多量のMnの含有は、硬質化による延性の低下を招くだけでなく、焼鈍時にMn酸化物の生成を引き起こし、プレス加工後の鋼板のめっき密着性を阻害する。そのため、Mnの含有量は0.9%以下とする必要がる。
Pは固溶強化元素として高強度化に寄与する。この効果を得るためにPの含有量は0.020%以上とする。しかし、Pは鋼板の延性や靭性を劣化させる場合があることから、Pの含有量を0.050%以下とする必要がある。
Sの含有量が多いと、溶接部の靭性が劣化する。このためSの含有量の上限は0.010%とする。好ましいSの含有量は0.007%以下である。
NbはCと微細な炭化物を形成することで硬質化に寄与することができる。この効果を得るためにNbの含有量は0.010%以上とする。一方、多量のNb添加は固溶Cを減少させることで焼付硬化性を低下させるだけでなく、熱間での変形抵抗値を上げて圧延を困難にしてしまう。そこで、Nbの含有量は0.035%以下とする。
Al(sol.Al)とNは、通常の鋼板が含有する量であれば本発明の効果を損なわない。また、Nは、Tiと結合してTiNを形成したり、Alと結合してAlNを形成したりする。ただし、N含有量が0.01%を超えるとこれらの窒化物がフェライト粒内に分散して加工硬化率が低下する。そこで、Alの含有量を0.10%以下、Nの含有量を0.005%以下に規定する。なお、Alの含有量が0.10%を超えると、後述する金属間化合物の形成を阻害したり、核発生を抑制して鋼板組織中の1つ1つの結晶が粗大化することでプレス加工後のめっき密着性を劣化させたりする。また、Nの含有量が0.005%を超えると窒化物がフェライト粒内に分散して加工硬化率が低下する。好ましいAlの含有量は0.04%以下である。
溶融亜鉛めっき層とは、通常の溶融亜鉛めっき処理によって形成される溶融亜鉛めっき層のことである。また、溶融亜鉛めっき層は、Alを0.3%以上0.6%以下含む。本発明においては、溶融亜鉛めっき層にZn、Al以外の成分を、本発明の効果を害さない範囲で含んでもよく、Zn、Al以外の成分としてはFe、Mg、Cr等が挙げられる。
金属間化合物は、平均粒径1μm以下のFe2Al5を含む金属間化合物から構成され、鋼板と溶融亜鉛めっき層の間に存在する。また、金属間化合物は、0.12gm−2以上0.22gm−2以下のAlを含む。Fe2Al5を含む金属間化合物が存在することでFeZn合金相の形成を抑制して良好なめっき密着性が確保できるという効果が得られる。この効果はFe2Al5を含む金属間化合物以外の場合、硬質で脆い場合が多いため得られない。これら以外では、硬くて脆いFeZn金属間化合物が生成する場合があり、この場合めっき密着性が劣化する。また、Fe2Al5の含有量は本発明の効果が得られるように適宜調整すればよい。なお、金属間化合物が存在していることの確認は、溶融亜鉛めっき層の断面における鋼板との界面付近を透過電子顕微鏡中で電子線回折によって解析して検出する方法で行うことができる。なお、金属間化合物は鋼板とめっき層の間に化合物層として存在している。但し上記規定量を下回ると層状とは存在できずにまばらに存在するようになる。
本発明の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板はプレス加工後のめっき密着性、スポット溶接性、プレス加工後における加工部の塗装後耐食性に優れ、且つ優れた塗装後外観を有する。このため、本発明の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、バックドアやフードなどの非常に厳しい加工部位を有する製品にも適用可能である。
続いて、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法について説明する。例えば、以下の方法で溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造可能である。先ず、上記のような成分組成を有する鋼を連続鋳造によりスラブとし、該スラブを加熱し、スケール除去および粗圧延を施す。次いで、冷却した後、仕上げ圧延し、冷却し、巻取り、次いで、酸洗、冷間圧延を行う。次いで、連続式溶融亜鉛めっき設備において、鋼板の焼鈍および溶融亜鉛めっき処理を行う。
Claims (2)
- 質量%で、C:0.03%以上0.07%以下、Si:0.10%以下、Mn:0.5%以上0.9%以下、P:0.020%以上0.050%以下、S:0.010%以下、Nb:0.010%以上0.035%以下、N:0.005%以下、Al:0.10%以下を含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物の組成からなる鋼板(地鉄)と、
前記鋼板の表面に形成された、Alを0.3%以上0.6%以下含む溶融亜鉛めっき層と、
前記鋼板と前記溶融亜鉛めっき層間に、0.12gm−2以上0.22gm−2以下のAlを含み、かつ平均粒径1μm以下のFe2Al5を含む金属間化合物と、を有し、
降伏応力(YS)が340MPa以上420MPa以下であるプレス加工用溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。 - 前記溶融亜鉛めっき層の表面の表面粗さRaが0.8μm以上1.6μm以下であり、
前記溶融亜鉛めっき層の表面の光沢度(G値)が550以上750以下であり、
前記溶融亜鉛めっき層の表面における、Zn結晶の(002)面の結晶配向性とZn結晶の(004)面の結晶配向性との比である亜鉛基底面配向率(Zn(002)/(004))が60%以上90%以下であり、
前記地鉄の表層部の内部酸化量が0.050g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレス加工用溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
