Abstract

Un proceso para la producción de plaquetas de grafeno nanométricas, que comprende: a) poner en contacto un material de grafito con oxígeno molecular o atómico o una sustancia capaz de liberar oxígeno molecular o atómico, obtener un precursor que consiste de material de grafito funcionalizado con grupos oxígeno (FOG), caracterizado por una proporción molar de carbono/oxígeno mayor que 8:1; b) reducir, subsiguientemente, (química o físicamente) dicho precursor FOG para obtener plaquetas de grafeno nanométricas caracterizadas por una proporción molar de carbono/oxígeno mayor que 20:1.
