Abstract
Se describe un método para producir un componente de acero, el cual incluye los pasos de: preparar una hoja de acero que tiene una composición química que incluye: C: 0.05 a 0.40% en masa, Si: 0 a 2.0% en masa, Mn: 1.0 a 3.0% en masa, Al: 0.010 a 1.0% en masa, P: más de 0% en masa y 0.100% en masa o menos, S: más de 0% en masa y 0.010% en masa o menos, N: más de 0% en masa y 0.010% en masa o menos, y B: 0.0005 a 0.010% en masa, con la parte restante que es hierro e impurezas inevitables; calentar la hoja de acero a una temperatura del punto Ac1 (°C) o más alta y menor que el punto Ac3 (°C) + 10°C); después del paso de calentar, procesar la hoja de acero mediante la aplicación de una deformación de 0.5% o más en una temperatura de 675°C o más alta y menor que el punto Ac3 + 10°C; después del paso de procesamiento, mantener o enfriar gradualmente la hoja de acero en una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 0 a 15°C/seg durante 1 segundo o más y 120 segundos o menos; y después del paso de mantener o enfriar gradualmente, enfriar la hoja de acero a una temperatura del punto Ms (°C) - 50°C, en donde se controla una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio desde la temperatura del paso de calentamiento hasta el punto Ms (°C) - 50°C para que sea de 10°C/seg o más.
