Abstract

Se describen un dulce de chocolate sin lácteos y vegano y método de elaboración del mismo. En el dulce de la invención, los sólidos de leche presentes en el chocolate de leche tradicional son reemplazados por harina de granos. La harina de granos se tuesta o trata con calor para impartir las características de sabor y textura deseables al dulce.
