本发明的目的在于:提出一种海鲜风味的烤肠,将海鲜和烤肠完美结合,口感独特、味道鲜美。
本发明目的通过下述技术方案来实现:一种海鲜风味烤肠,其各组分按其重量组分计为:鱿鱼20~30重量份、文蛤15~20重量份、猪肉25~35重量份、猪皮5~10重量份、玉米淀粉50~80重量份、洋葱粉5~10重量份、花椒粉5~8重量份、孜然粉5~8重量份、胡椒粉5~8重量份、植物油5~10重量份、香精1~2重量份、青椒粉3~5重量份、米酒5~10重量份。
