Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco accionado electrónica o neumáticamente para un vehículo industrial, comprendiendo las siguientes características: - un disco de freno (4) con una dirección de rotación (D) preferente, - un portador de freno (2), - una pinza de freno que es guiada en forma flotante en el portador de freno (2), - una pastilla de freno (5) en el lado de aplicación y una pastilla (6) de freno en el lado de reacción dispuestas en una caja de pastilla (203) en el lado de aplicación y en una caja de pastilla (204) en el lado de reacción del portador de freno (2), de manera que se puedan desplazar paralelamente a un eje de rotación (A4) del disco de freno, - un dispositivo de aplicación teniendo un único émbolo de presión (304) que tiene un eje central y que tiene en un extremo orientado a la pastilla de freno en el lado de aplicación una pieza de presión (306) que actúa con una superficie de presión (307) sobre una superficie de apoyo (53) correspondiente de la pastilla de freno (5) en el lado de aplicación de manera tal que entre la superficie de presión (307) y la superficie de apoyo (53) se forma durante la aplicación del freno una superficie activa, - la pastilla de freno en el lado de aplicación y la pastilla de freno en el lado de reacción estando alineadas centradas en la dirección circunferencial respecto al disco de freno y el eje central del émbolo (304), siendo que la superficie activa en la cual la superficie de presión (304) y la superficie de apoyo (53) se apoyan mutuamente durante la aplicación del freno de disco se ubica desplazada hacia el lado de salida en la dirección circunferencial respecto a la dirección de rotación preferente del disco de freno (4) y al eje central del émbolo (304).
