Abstract

Un objetivo es proporcionar una lámina de acero eléctrico con una película aislante que tiene excelente resistencia a la elución de cromo, incluso en el caso donde la película aislante se seca en horno mediante el uso de calentamiento rápido, que es ventajoso para mejorar la productividad, y un método para la fabricación de la lámina de acero.
