Abstract

Una lámina de acero recubierta que tiene una película de recubrimiento en por lo menos un lado de una lámina de acero chapeada. La película de recubrimiento contiene una resina aglutinante, partículas de cerámica sin óxido, que contienen V (excluyendo las partículas de VC) y partículas de óxido de zinc dopadas. Los contenidos respectivos de las partículas de cerámica sin óxido que contienen V y las partículas de óxido de zinc dopadas con relación a la película de recubrimiento satisfacen las expresiones: [(1) CZn ? 10.0, (2) CV ? 0.5?CZn, (3) CV ? 70-CZn, (4) CV ? 0.125?CZn, y (5) CV ? 2.0], en donde CV representa el contenido (% en masa) de las partículas de cerámica sin óxido que contienen V y CZn representa el contenido (% en masa) de las partículas de óxido de zinc dopadas. La lámina de acero recubierta es excelente tanto en resistencia a la corrosión antes del recubrimiento por electrodeposición, como en soldabilidad.
