THE PRESENT INVENTION IS A COATED BODY WHICH IS PROVIDED WITH A BASE AND A COATING FILM THAT IS ARRANGED ON THE SURFACE OF THE BASE, AND WHICH IS CHARACTERIZED IN THAT: THE COATING FILM IS FORMED FROM A COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION THAT CONTAINS AT LEAST A FLUORORESIN AND A RESIN OTHER THAN THE FLUORORESIN; IF THE RATIO OF FLUORINE ATOMS IN THE TOTAL MASS OF FLUORINE ATOMS AND CARBON ATOMS IN THE SURFACE OF THE COATING FILM IS DEFINED AS A FIRST FLUORINE CONCENTRATION (MASS%), THE FIRST FLUORINE CONCENTRATION IS 30-50 MASS%; AND IF THE FILM THICKNESS OF THE COATING FILM IS DEFINED AS T (µM) AND THE RATIO OF FLUORINE ATOMS IN THE TOTAL MASS OF FLUORINE ATOMS AND CARBON ATOMS AT A DEPTH OF T/2 (µM) FORM THE SURFACE OF THE COATING FILM IS DEFINED AS A SECOND FLUORINE CONCENTRATION (MASS%), THE MASS RATIO OF THE SECOND FLUORINE CONCENTRATION (A) TO THE FIRST FLUORINE CONCENTRATION (B), NAMELY A/B IS FROM 13/87 TO 49/51.
