Description
は,以下の通りである。
(2)着色有機系処理皮膜の上に、皮膜量が0.5〜5.0g/m2であるクリアー有機系処理皮膜が更に形成されることを特徴とする、上記(1)に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
みに限定されるものではない。
平滑なA4サイズの平板表面について、ロレスター4探針法(ロレスターEP)を用いて任意に10点の表面抵抗を測定した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
評点5:1mΩ未満が10点中10点
4:1mΩ未満が10点中8〜9点
3:1mΩ未満が10点中6〜7点
2:1mΩ未満が10点中4〜5点
1:1mΩ未満が10点中0〜3点
以上の評価結果を、以下に示す表4−1、4−2中に示した。
ロールコーター法を用いてA4サイズの平板に着色有機系処理皮膜を塗布し、目視にて塗布ムラ模様発生の有無を目視評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
評点2:目視判定で塗布ムラ模様発生無し
1:目視判定で塗布ムラ模様発生有り
以上の評価結果を、以下に示す表4−1、4−2、4−3中に示した。
平板を150mm(長手)×70mm(幅)サイズに切断し、長手方向下から50mmの位置に7mm高さのエルクセン張り出しを行い、板端面部と裏面部を市販の防錆テープでシーリングした後で、塩水噴霧試験SST(JIS Z2371)環境に仰角60°で放置し、3日後の腐食外観を下記の評点で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。百分率は部位の錆発生面積率を表す。平面部、張り出し部それぞれについて、耐食性評価3点以上が合格である。
評点5:白錆発生なし
4:白錆発生50%
3:全面白錆発生
2:白錆発生多、赤錆発生微少
1:赤錆発生多
評点5:白錆発生50%未満
4:全面白錆発生
3:赤錆発生50%未満
2:全面赤錆発生
1:全面赤錆発生
以上の評価結果を、以下に示す表4−1、4−2中に示した。
平板を150mm(長手)×70mm(幅)サイズに切断し、長手方向に摺動試験機にて市販の白ネル(布)にて荷重500g/cm2にて、ストローク30mmの往復スライド摩耗にて5000回往復後の布への色付き、平板上の色落ち痕の発生を、目視評価によって下記の評点で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。耐色落ち性評価3点以上が合格である。
4:平板表面外観変化なし、布着色微少
3:平板上の色落ち痕微少、布着色微少
2:明らかな平板上の色落ち痕あり、布着色あり
1:メッキ下地露出、布着色大
以上の評価結果を、以下の表4−3中に示した。
Claims (2)
- 薄型ディスプレイパネルを用いる表示装置のバックカバー用の亜鉛系めっき鋼板であって、
前記亜鉛系めっき鋼板の前記バックカバーの外面となる側の面には、下層として皮膜量が0.3〜0.7g/m2である無機有機複合系処理皮膜が形成され、かつ、表層として皮膜量が0.5〜3g/m2である着色有機系処理皮膜が形成され、
前記バックカバーの内面となる側の面の表面には、皮膜量が0.3〜0.7g/m2である無機有機複合系処理皮膜が形成されることを特徴とする、亜鉛系めっき鋼板。 - 前記着色有機系処理皮膜の上に、皮膜量が0.5〜5.0g/m2であるクリアー有機系処理皮膜が更に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
