Abstract
Un miembro de hoja de acero prensado en caliente que incluye una composición química específica y además incluye una estructura de acero en la cual una proporción de área de ferrita en la porción de capa de superficie está en el rango de una superficie a 15 µm de profundidad es igual a o menor a 1.20 veces una proporción de área de ferrita en una porción de capa interna siendo una porción excluida de la porción de capa de superficie, y la porción de capa interna contiene una estructura de acero representada, en % área, ferrita: 10% a 70%; martensita: 30% a 90%; y una proporción de área total de ferrita y martensita: 90% a 100%. Una concentración de Mn en la martensita es igual a o mayor a 1.20 veces una concentración de Mn en la ferrita en la porción de capa interna, y una resistencia a la tensión del miembro de hoja de acero prensado en caliente es 980 MPa o más.
