Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para enriquecer agrupaciones de células que coexpresan NKX6.1 y péptido C derivadas in vitro a partir de células madre, el método comprende las etapas de disociar las agrupaciones de células endocrinas en células individuales, tratar las células individuales con medio de crioconservación y disminuir la temperatura para obtener células crioconservadas, descongelar las células crioconservadas; y reagrupar las células obtenidas después de descongelar en células endocrinas.
