Abstract
Un estabilizador (10) dispuesto en una parte del mecanismo de suspensión de un vehículo comprende una barra estabilizadora (20) y un buje de hule (60). La barra estabilizadora (20) incluye un cuerpo de la barra (40) hecho de un material de acero, y una película de recubrimiento (41) que recubre el cuerpo de la barra (40). La película de recubrimiento (41) se forma en la superficie del cuerpo de la barra (40) usando una resina que tiene un ángulo de contacto con el agua de más de 65 grados. Al realizar un tratamiento de superficie para reducir el ángulo de contacto de la película de recubrimiento (41) presente en una parte de unión (20a), el ángulo de contacto de la parte de unión (20a) se cambia a 65 grados o menos. Un agente adhesivo líquido pre-curado (70) se aplica a una superficie interior (superficie de adhesión) (64, 65) del buje de hule (60). Después de que una región que incluye la parte de unión (20a) de la barra estabilizadora (20) se calienta mediante calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia o similar, el buje de hule (60) se superpone en la parte de unión (20a). Posteriormente, el agente adhesivo (70) se cura en un estado en el que el buje de hule (60) es presionado.
