Description
(1)鋼材からなるバー本体40の表面に水との接触角が65°を越える樹脂によって塗装膜41を形成し、
(2)塗装膜41の接触角を小さくする表面処理S10によって取付部20aに存する塗装膜41の接触角を65°以下に変化させ、
(3)スタビライザバー20の取付部20aまたはゴムブッシュ60の内面(被接着面)64,65に、未硬化の液状の接着剤70を塗布し、
(4)スタビライザバー20の取付部20aにゴムブッシュ60の内面(被接着面)64,65を重ね、
(5)ゴムブッシュ60をスタビライザバー20の取付部20aに加圧した状態において熱を与えることによって接着剤70をキュアする。
Claims (1)
- 鋼材からなるバー本体(40)(102)と該バー本体(40)(102)を覆う塗装膜(41)(103)とを含むバー部材(20)(101)と、該バー部材(20)(101)の取付部(20a)に設けるゴム部材(60)(110)とを有した車両用ばね(10)(100)、の製造方法であって、
前記バー本体(40)(102)の表面にショット粒を打付けることによって前記バー本体(40)(102)の表面に多数のショットピーニング痕(71)からなる粗面(72)を形成し、
前記バー本体(40)(102)の表面に水との接触角が65°を越える樹脂によって、第1の表面粗さの前記塗装膜(41)(103)を形成することにより前記粗面(72)を覆い、
前記取付部(20a)の前記塗装膜(41)(103)の接触角を小さくするプラズマ処理によって前記取付部(20a)の前記塗装膜(41)(103)を第2の表面粗さに変化させるとともに接触角を65°以下に変化させ、
前記ゴム部材(60)(110)の被接着面(64)(65)に未硬化の液状の接着剤(70)を塗布し、
前記バー部材(20)(101)の前記取付部(20a)を含む領域を加熱したのち、
前記バー部材(20)(101)の前記取付部(20a)に前記ゴム部材(60)(110)の被接着面(64)(65)を重ね、
前記ゴム部材(60)(110)を前記取付部(20a)に加圧した状態において前記バー部材(20)(101)の熱を前記接着剤(70)に与え前記接着剤(70)をキュアすることにより、
前記ショットピーニング痕(71)からなる前記粗面(72)と前記ゴム部材(60)(110)との間に、接触角が65°以下の前記塗装膜(41)(103)と前記接着剤(70)とを挟んだ状態で、前記バー本体(40)(102)に前記ゴム部材(60)(110)を接着させること、
を具備したことを特徴とする車両用ばねの製造方法。
