Description
SUP9で形成された直径23mmのスタビライザバーの外周全面に、以下の組成のエポキシ樹脂組成物を粉体塗装し、大気中180℃で20分間焼成(焼付)し、厚さ80〜120μmのエポキシ樹脂系塗膜を形成した。
エポキシ樹脂(ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフェノールFジグリシジルエーテル共重合体) 57〜63質量%
硬化剤(グリシジル末端キャップポリ(ビスフェノールA/エピクロロヒドリン;CAS No. 25036-25-3) 18〜20質量%
炭酸カルシウム 18〜25質量%
黒色顔料(カーボンブラック) 0.8〜1.0質量%
このエポキシ樹脂系塗膜の所定部分に以下の組成のエポキシ−フッ素樹脂組成物を塗布し、100℃で20分間乾燥した後、200℃で20分間焼付を行って、厚さ40〜60μm、幅100±5mmのエポキシ−フッ素樹脂系塗膜を形成した。
エポキシ樹脂(ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフェノールFジグリシジルエーテル、ポリエステル共重合体) 25〜35質量%
PTFE微粒子 5〜10質量%、
FEP微粒子 15〜25質量%
酸化チタン 25〜35質量%
このエポキシ−フッ素樹脂系塗膜に被せるようにエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム製ブシュを取り付けた。
Claims (9)
- 金属製車両用サスペンション部材本体と、
前記本体の表面を覆って設けられた第1の層と、
前記第1の層の表面の少なくとも一部を覆って設けられた第2の層
を備え、
前記第1の層は、エポキシ樹脂を含み、
前記第2の層は、フッ素樹脂の微粒子およびエポキシ樹脂を含む
ことを特徴とする車両用サスペンション部材。 - 前記第1の層は、フェノール樹脂硬化剤により硬化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記第1の層が、ポリエステル樹脂をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記第2の層は、エポキシ樹脂と、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの微粒子および/またはテトラフルオロエチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体の微粒子とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記本体が、ショットピーニング加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記本体が、化成処理層を表面に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記本体が、コイルばね部材であり、前記第2の層は少なくとも座巻部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記本体が、スタビライザ部材であり、前記第2の層は少なくともブッシュが取り付けられる部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
- 前記第2の層は、平均粒径1〜6μmのフッ素樹脂の微粒子を含み、20μm以上の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両用サスペンション部材。
