Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una molécula de ácido nucleico monocatenario que inhibe la expresión de un gen de prorrenina o un gen del receptor de prorrenina, que comprende solo la región (X), región enlazadora (Lx) y región (Xc), donde la región enlazadora (Lx) anteriormente mencionada tiene una estructura no nucleotídica que comprende al menos uno de un esqueleto de pirrolidina y un esqueleto de piperidina, y al menos una de la región (X) mencionada anteriormente y la región (Xc) mencionada anteriormente comprende una secuencia inhibidora de expresión que comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos que consiste en al menos 18 nucleótidos continuos en cualquiera de una secuencia inhibidora de la expresión de un gen de prorrenina mostrada en la SEQ ID NO: 1 a 5 y una secuencia inhibidora de expresión del gen del receptor de prorrenina mostrada en la SEQ ID NO: 6 a 11.
