Abstract

Se proporcionan una preparación liquida de enzima de una glutamina transaminasa y un método de preparación de la misma, en donde la preparación liquida de enzima es una preparación liquida de glutamina transaminasa EC2.3.2.13, los contenidos de componentes de la misma son: la actividad enzimática de la preparación de liquida de enzima de la glutamina transaminasa de 10 - 1000 u/mL, el contenido en porcentaje de peso volumen del regulador de actividad de agua de 30 - 80%, el contenido en porcentaje de peso volumen del regulador de potencial redox de 0.0075 - 1%, el contenido en porcentaje de peso volumen del conservador de alimento de 0 - 0.1% y el resto es un regulador de pH a 100% de volumen. El método de preparación de la misma es: purificación de solución de enzima, mezclado, esterilización, llenado y obtención del producto terminado.
